Our ecosystem

To connect people to our mission, we created a wellness ecosystem that brings together products, events, stores, and experiences. Together, they promote sports and care for the body and mind, encouraging the adoption of an active and healthy lifestyle in people’s daily routines.

The evolution of the Track&Field ecosystem illustrates how business growth is connected to generating value for people: customers, franchisees, partners and communities.

1988

Beginning of our activities as a clothing industry

1990

Opening of the first store at Shopping Jardim Sul, in São Paulo (SP)

1992

Opening of stores at Shopping Iguatemi São Paulo and at Morumbi Shopping, both in the capital city of São Paulo

1994

Opening of stores in Recife (PE), Curitiba (PR) and Campinas (SP)

1998

Participation in the campaign “Breast Cancer in Fashion’s Target”, by the Brazilian Institute for the Fight Against Cancer (IBCC)

2002

Launch of the Ecosystem line, with part of the sales revenue donated to WWF-Brazil environmental conservation projects

2004

Launch of the Track&Field Run Series and Iron Man Brasil sport and collaborative events

2005

Launch of Track&Field Parati, the result of a partnership with Volkswagen

2008

In partnership with the Eco Resort Txai Itacaré, we engaged in the protection of sea turtles nesting in Bahia

2009

Launch of our e-commerce platform

2011

Adoption of the franchise model

Beginning of our partnership with Instituto Guga Kuerten

Launch of the beachwear collection with Amni Soul Eco, a biodegradable polyamide yarn developed by Rhodia

Launch of TFSports, a platform for event registration and information on sporting events and experiences

Acquisition of digital printing equipment that requires no water

2019

Creation of the T&F Transforma project, beginning of the transformation of our organizational culture. Creation of the Sustainability Committee

2020

Initial public offering of shares on B3 – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão. Launch of omnichannel operations (pickup in store and ship from store)

2021

Opening of the first Experience Store and TFC Food&Market in São Paulo (SP). Opening of the distribution center in Osasco (SP)

2022

Definition of the Sustainability Plan. Implementation of the Infinite Showcase. Start of tfmall operations and inauguration of the new factory in Joinville (SC)

2023

Strengthening TFSports as an independent business with Fred Wagner as CEO. Fernando Tracanella becomes CEO of Track&Field. Publication of our first Annual Report, for the year 2022

2024

Opening of our first Track&Field franchise in Portugal, in addition to events promoted by TFSports. Publication of the Sustainability Policy

Plan results

In 2025, Track&Field completed its Sustainability Plan, structured around eight voluntary and qualitative commitments across three pillars: People; Products and Experiences; and Environment. The completion of the Plan consolidated progress on the ESG agenda and reinforced its importance to the Company’s business strategy.

2030 Sustainability Strategy

In 2025, the Company took a significant step forward in its sustainability journey by conducting its Double Materiality assessment, encompassing both impact and financial materiality perspectives, in addition to developing the Company's 2030 Sustainability Strategy, which will guide its next steps toward an approach increasingly aligned with the well-being of the planet.

  • Scope 3: climate engagement of suppliers of raw materials and finished products through 2030.

Waste management: integrate the principles of non-generation, reduction, reuse, recycling, treatment and environmentally approprieate disposal of waste, ensuring these principles guide decisions and operational processes across our operations.
