Financial Investment Requirements:
- R$ 70,000 Franchise Fee (this fee includes market valuations, geoprocessing, architectural projects, and trainings)
- R$ 500,000 to R$700,000 of Works/ Infrastructure*
- R$ 100,000 to R$150,000 of Working capital*
- Marketing Costs related to Opening – Variable (this amount is allocated for inauguration day to show we are on the market)
- Pos Value (when applicable)
